I was a little shocked to see that the tech specs on the titanium 3 inch figured had no rank or skill. What is this - Robot Masters?

As for a story after Beast Machines - Have any of you guys read Transformers Universe comics? Great storyline, and it takes place shortly after the end of Beast Machines. A Maximal High Council (lead by Magnaboss) runs Cybertron, many Autobots return to their home planet. A good story, if cut short after a couple issues.

guys, i've been listening to you since day one, and every monday i eagerly look forward to downloading the new episode. i love the show, but seriously, you're getting worse every week. stop picking on awa64! you're making him self-conscious! and awa64, stop feeling sorry for yourself! pull it together everyone!

that said, i think d_buster was somehow a balancing factor, and he added a bit of extra humor. i hope his fill-in (whoever you choose) can do the same.

despite whatever criticisms i have, i've still got mad respect for TFWire, and all parties involved. it's a pretty cool thing for a couple of fans scattered across the states to do. keep on keepin' on.

No way is it getting worse! I think the show was always pretty good and has evolved even further into a great podcast. There have been nothing but improvements from the new intro to the 'news first' format. The show is getting worse? It's better than when it first aired and it keeps getting better. It's not just a good Transformers podcast, it's a good podcast in general. The production quality is better than many podcasts out there.

D_Buster was lots of fun and he'll be missed. I loved the blues songs and I doubt anyone can replace him. I think the show is nice and tight with just three people but I look forward to hearing the audition tracks of the replacement hopefuls.

You don't train a dog to stop peeing on the carpet by letting him keep doing it! Keep awa on his toes!

Exactly :)

okay, i take it back--the show isn't getting worse.

when the guys stay on topic, the show is definitely improving. but every awkward aside made to berate awa is awkward and distracting. and there are more and more of those asides in every episode.

as far as the dog training analogy goes--the "training" isn't working. it seems like the more self conscious awa gets, the more he trips up. and his gaffs/mistakes/faux pas/whatever aren't even that bad to begin with, so it hardly seeems worth griefing him for it.

don't get me wrong. i like the show. and i like hearing the guys banter. but if awa needs to be told to tighten up his delivery, it should be done off-air. that's not what i listen to the show for!

The programs have been great, as far as I am concerned. I've sampled other podcasts but the only one I keep coming back to is TFwire. Hell, I even bought an official TFwire T-shirt! Hell primed, it arrived on Saturday and I've worn it everyday since then! And, don't worry, I've worn an undershirt everyday as well so it's still 'Autobot Fresh', alright?

Now, about the bashing of Awa64, a lot of it comes from Awa64 himself (e.g, "...but I'm just weird like that...", "...but no one really cares...", etc.), so, I don't think it's fair to berate the other broadcasters for Awa's own behavior. And, btw, I enjoy Awa's commentary just the way it is.

Personally, I like the banter and the tangents as long as the conversation eventually returns to Transformers. I think a few 'short' tangents scattered throughout the broadcast help liven the program. I mean, if I want just the news, I can visit any number of TF websites and get the the lowdown. Well, I do this anyway. But, if I want to be entertained, hear news, and establish some rudimentary 'connection' with others of like mind, TFwire is my fix of choice. Keep up the excellent work guys!
