The extra footage from Transformers The Movie that included the Diaclone colors Ultra Magnus was from the Japanese promo, which you can get at Seibertron.com.
Information about the three RiD episodes that didn't air in the US can be found here at RiDForever.info. The episode Spada was trying to remember with the balancing tower structure was called "Sky-Byte Saves the Day". I know they showed it at Botcon 2002 because that's the only place I ever saw it.
I forgot to mention how much I like Curis' inputs. The information he contributes and opinions he expresses are my favorite parts of the show.
Yeah, Curis is my new favorite part of the show as well!

DBP left because he was working towards his law degree, and didn't have the time to be on the show any longer.
PTV left the show after no longer having the excitement for it he once did, and because of his own work.

Yup, that was me who made those Car Robot comics. I didn't think many people beyond my immediate circle of friends read those! It's always nice to know someone else enjoyed them even if they were kind of corny.
